Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your controller, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized controllers are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rushcontroller.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in original condition.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a controller for the same item, contact us at support@rushcontroller.com
