Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Customized controllers may require additional processing time of up to 5-7 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Rush Controller is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Rush Controller is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on destination.

Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your controller, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized controllers are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in original condition.
Exchanges
